Bookings are subject to full payment.  Cancellations will be fully refunded if notified more than 24 hours before the appointment time.  Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments will be subject to the full fee.

Please note if you are booking an initial assessment you will be required to complete a secure online form before your appointment.  Please check your inbox/junk email for your confirmation email containing a link to the appropriate form.
